Osho: Exposing Sugar

Hi. This is Osho, and I am here to expose sugar.
If you take sugar in and of this world, sugar is not life. Have a look: Plants, nature dies when it grows with sugar in its presence. Sugar is NOT life. Sugar has become like the 'oil' for mind consciousness systems in human beings. Sugar has become the - what do they say? -the 'replacement' for the life force essence, for the life force essence within human beings.

Sugar has become the 'replacement' for the life force essence

It is explained the following way: Mind consciousness systems in human beings suppress the life force essence as who human beings really are. And the life force essence as who human beings really are is that which give power to these mind consciousness systems within the human physical body to exist. So, with the human/with the dimensional being, within the mind consciousness system, within the human physical body, as the dimensional being as the pure life force essence given power to this mind consciousness manifestation within the human physical body to exist, this mind consciousness system derives substances from the human physical body, as well as the pure life force essence as who the dimensional being is within this that actually powers, as the mind consciousness system in the human physical body is where the mind consciousness system gains its “existence” from, gains its “power” from, to have the ability to exist.

How do you know? What is a mind consciousness system? That which thinks, that which becomes emotional, and that which feels. It is simple. So, what has sugar become? Because the mind consciousness systems, over eons of time here on Earth, have become so extensive within human beings, the mind consciousness systems have started harming the human physical body, and human beings have started to “die” quicker. What does sugar do? Sugar assist with the prolonging of life as the mind consciousness system within the human physical body.
So, what is the definition of a human being? Let me first go there. The definition of a human being is a dimensional being powering a mind consciousness system within the human physical body. So, human beings, who you really are exist within you as pure life essence, which is suppressed by mind consciousness systems.

Sugar has become that which assists the human physical body for the mind consciousness systems to exist within and to prolong human life here on Earth. Though, I have a solution! The solution is words, to disconnect the relationship with sugar and mind consciousness systems within human beings. Before taking sugar, I suggest the following is done as you take the sugar: say “I am the sweetness of life as life in me. I accept the sweetness of life as life in me.” What does these words do? These words do the following: Sugar, as it is taken, then becomes the support of your self-expression of life within you.

I am the sweetness of life as life in me
I accept the sweetness of life as life in me

Parents, I suggest you do this, as well as for your children and I’m certain they’ll enjoy that. Taking the sugar: “I accept the expression of life as life in me” and “I accept the sweetness of life as life in me.” And then, it disconnects that relationship in terms of sugar supporting mind consciousness systems' existence within the human physical body as, like, another replacement for the life force essence as the dimensional being within the mind consciousness system. It's like you have the dimensional being powering the mind consciousness system within the human physical body, then you have the sugar that is supporting the mind consciousness systems within the human physical body to “remain there.” So, every time you take sugar, correct that relationship so that sugar becomes an expression of you as you. “I accept the sweetness of life as life in me.”

Thank you very much.
This is Osho.

Osho: Madness Show

Hi there, folks. This is Osho speaking...about the Osho madness show [winks, laughs]. As everyone...if there are human beings who have known about my specific character here on Earth, I have taken some aspect of me into the heavens and the Dimensions, which is 'madness.'
Madness is a profound experience and expression I find, because it is in the madness where one is the most free. The madness of self-expression. Still, I've had my little fun “tricks” I play in the Dimensions to...“heighten” the dimensional beings' awareness. For instance, I would run around in the Dimensions, screaming my head off for no apparent reason, and...[laughs] but all over. I would continue for a day or two, just run and scream, not stopping. Now, of course, we don't get tired, we don't have vocal cords that can break or anything like that; so, you're able to do such things.
And then, what...basically, by doing that, I check the dimensional being's reactions. And they check for themselves, if they had any reactions; and then, according to that, they forgive themselves and assist themselves accordingly. And then, about a week after it, I'll just start spontaneously start doing it again, and they can check within themselves: “Do I have any reactions? Any thoughts? Any judgments?” et cetera. Bringing out some “hidden constructs” within the dimensional beings of “disciplined ways” of how one must act and how must not act.

Uh, what else have I done? Oh, I've jumped around and I've laughed, jumping around in the Dimensions, crazy, laughing for no apparent reason, again, checking reactions. Those that have reactions, they are required to apply necessary forgiveness. That also... once, the longest I've done is three days, just laughing, jumping around in the Dimensions like a crazy person, and see any reactions. Very interesting look on some dimensional beings, their reactions within them. Occasionally, there are dimensional beings that present themselves as human form, but mostly we are in an egg-shaped expression. But, in terms of their expressions, sometimes goes completely stiff, like they don't know what to do, what to say, how to experience themselves. So, it's quite funny.

[laughs] I have, for instance, sneaked up behind dimensional beings and just, all of a sudden, yelled and screamed very loudly — so loud that it'd resonate through the entire Dimensions. I screamed: “BOOM!”... and [laughs] it was just quite an interesting experience. With this one being I did it with, he had such a fright that he actually exploded into thousands of little particles, his entire being just completely [moves hands apart] exploded, because he had such a fright. It was quite... an interesting reaction. It was more like... it seemed more like a protection mechanism than anything else. It was very funny. So, I keep... so I catch dimensional beings off guard; to see 'where are they,' 'where is their awareness' in every moment, 'what are they doing'. Because, if there are any reactions that come up, they're not HERE, they're not present. Those that remain just here, no matter what I do or how I express myself, they are aware of themselves.

I specifically also enjoy playing “tricks” on the new ones that come into the Dimensions. (Um.. uh what did I?) Oh — I've played myself, be a jumping jack, hopping around this one being who had just died, he was about thirty-three, thirty-two, and I would just jump around, all over him, all over him, and around him. And I'd make myself into this little small jumping jack and I'd be all around him, bugging him like a little mosquito. So, just imagine, you've just died, and here you have this little jumping jack hopping around all over and all around you, with no-one else, just a jumping jack, laughing.

But, then, Veno came and he sorted things out. Veno is quite “in charge” of the crossovers, but he also enjoys his fun now and again.

What else have I done? Oh, I've [laughs]... also, when human beings have just crossed over, what I also enjoy doing is integrating within them without them knowing it. I integrate into them and as them, and then I explode myself as them and explode them into these little [laughs] particles, and they have such an immense fright because they think: “Oh my god, what the hell happened right now?” There would be absolute confusion, and it's quite funny, just, you know, imagine you've just died, here you are, exploding into these little pieces, and you don't understand why — can I get myself back together again? Um, and I'd leave, like, a partial piece [indicates part of the face] only left, the rest of his being entirely dispersed, and he'd say: “Am I staying like this forever?”... and I'd say: “Yeah” [laughs]. Oh well, it's all fun and games; and then, afterward, we'd start some processes.

What else have I done? (exhales) Oh, I have once also exploded an atom bomb within the Dimensions. What happens when you place an atom bomb is everything gets exploded into thousands, millions of particles and pieces, everything in the Dimensions, nothing exists, and then beings have to get themselves back together again.

What else? (pause) Oh, I'll do things... for instance, I'd place myself in a meditation form, or position, or posture, and I'll just sit there next to a being for weeks, days, see whether there's any reactions of irritation or anger or frustration coming forth. There has been quite some — there was one I was with for about seven hours or so with [laughs]... no matter what the being did or say, I just sit, say nothing, just sit.

Also, sometimes, I'd walk in the Dimensions of course and beings would talk to me and I would just ignore them... to see if any reactions come forth [laughs]. What would they do if a person just doesn't answer them? How would they react? Where do their actions come from? So, I experiment as well. I enjoyed experimenting with that, that was quite an interesting observation — if you have beings speak to you, ask you questions, and you don't say anything, you just stand there and stare. Wait awhile, see what the being does, where their reactions come from. But, of course, afterward, I'd, you know, go and correct and just explain what I'm busy experimenting with.

So, there are a few 'Osho madness' moments in the dimensional existence, with which I have quite a bit of fun. So, we all do it for awareness, taking awareness, observing the being's applications... et cetera.
Thank you very much.
This is Osho.

Osho: Self-Discipline

This is Osho, communicating about self-discipline.
Self-discipline is an intensely specified momentum-directive principle of self as self. Self-discipline is self-respect, is self-honor. Let’s look at self-discipline within this process we are currently experiencing. We have covered extensively within a reasonable amount of video interviews with regards to the mind as thoughts, feelings and emotions, which we refer to as the mind consciousness system, which humanity believes and perceives themselves to be.

Self-discipline is self-respect, is self-honor

Self-discipline in perspective of the process of each and every single individual human being who dare endure on, and within, this process of stopping the mind and realizing themselves as life from the physical of oneness and equality as all as one as equal. Self-discipline, here, must be specific.

Though, it is interesting. Self-discipline goes hand-in-hand with self-motivation, and self-will. If you do not will yourself and motivate yourself to stop your mind of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, then, naturally, you will not have the self-discipline to assist and support yourself effectively and specifically in every single moment.

Thus, self-discipline incorporates the specificity of you, of each and every single thought that comes in your mind; just stop it, absolutely. To apply self-forgiveness immediately, instantaneously, in that moment.

So, when a thought steps up within you, you stop, immediately. When you experience reactions of feelings and emotions coming, you stop, immediately. That is your will, your motivation, because you know, or realize, from understanding what we have been expressing, that you are not the mind of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Self-discipline is that self-motivation, that self-will, to stop the mind for you, for the first time in eons of time, to realize and experience yourself as life, of oneness and equality, as all as one as equal.

Self-discipline is absolute. There are no half measures in this process. In other words, if it is just a “I am just doing this because it’s here and I’ll do it” situation, then it will take you longer within your process of stopping the mind.

The process of stopping the mind is seven years, possibly even less, maximum five, with absolute self-discipline, self-dedication, self-commitment, self-will, and self-motivation.

And it is interesting, because one is able to come up with extensive amount of excuses, justifications, and reasons for why application seems difficult, seems hard, when it has all got to do with you; your expression of yourself.

Who are you? In other words, are you self-discipline as you, in disciplining yourself to be self-committed and self-dedicated in stopping each and every single thought in every moment, not even allowing or accepting yourself to participate in any emotions or feelings, in any way whatsoever.

Within that, I have experienced an interesting observation. Within the specificity and intention - excuse me - within the specificity and intensiveness…*(unintelligible)* intention… With the word intention, I would suggest you watch the Design of Intention, while I am here, for anyone watching this video interview who has not yet seen it.

So, the specificity and intensiveness of your application in self-discipline, you will find extreme enjoyment. Interesting.

I experienced extreme enjoyment, and that experience of myself of honoring me in every moment of being absolutely self-disciplined, and not allowing any thoughts, feelings, or emotions to govern or control me; and also, in the specificity of applying self-forgiveness, the experience thereof is profound, is astounding and amazing. The experience of literally each breath you take, breathing life within yourself, and then you actually start realizing, “But, I am becoming alive for the first time.”

Thus, I suggest extreme self-discipline; not being hard on yourself, just disciplined, not allowing any thoughts, feelings or emotions to govern or control you in any moment whatsoever. Stand up as you, and take your own power.
Thank you very much.
This is Osho, on self-discipline.

Osho: Curiosity

2 May 2008
Hi. This is Osho. The word “curiosity.”
A question was asked whether curiosity is a feeling. Well, this is very much dependent on the starting point of yourself. The starting point of self as who you are.

When you discover something that you have not taken into consideration, or that hasn’t entered your world or the experience of yourself, and within yourself you experience a...you’ll experience it as a 'burst of expression,' a 'burst of opening' within yourself, when you find something and you’re reading it, or you’re watching it, and you experience a movement of expression, a burst, an opening within yourself; and within you, you investigate that which you have discovered further because of that particular, specific burst of expression within yourself.

Human beings define that as curiosity; you being curious about - or of - that which you have discovered and have not taken into consideration with an experience of you within your world and reality; and then, you investigate further. This expression or experience of curiosity is you opening another point within yourself in your world, in your reality, to expand you as who you are within and as yourself.

So, from that perspective, curiosity is not a feeling but an opening presented to, within and as self that’ll assist and support self within this process of self-expansion.

Yet, there is another form of curiosity, which is the design of curiosity, which is the construct of curiosity, and this curiosity is when you follow something; meaning - an example is with thoughts: when you’re here with and as self and the thought comes up and you wonder within yourself, or you consider within yourself, “Maybe, possibly, I should follow that thought, because maybe the thought will take me somewhere, or lead me towards something.” Meaning, that curiosity ignited within self when a thought, for instance, comes up and you consider within yourself of wanting to follow that thought because it may, or might, lead you to an interesting point somewhere existent within the realms of your mind.

That is curiosity as a design. That is curiosity as a construct. So, when you are led by something - for instance, a thought - when you follow a thought within hopes of it maybe, possibly leading you towards something or somewhere outside, separate from you, that is curiosity as a construct and a design.

Curiosity as an expression within self--that burst of expression within self as an opening when you see something before you that you haven’t taken into consideration before and you self-direct yourself, you move yourself to investigate or discover that which has been placed before you within your world or your reality--this is curiosity in self-expression. This is curiosity as an opening for and as self-expansion.

Alright, one more time...
Curiosity. When you are being led by something - in other words, for instance, let's take a thought for example - when you consider within yourself that maybe that thought will lead me towards something or somewhere outside separate from me, and you follow that thought in curiosity of where it might or maybe lead you towards, and you’re stumbling and following something - that’s curiosity as a design and a system. Curiosity as self-expansion is when you see something that you found, for instance, on the internet and/or within a book or… No, let’s use those two examples - when you’ve found something, when you’ve discovered a book, or when you’ve discovered something on the internet, and in reading or watching, a spark ignites within you a burst of experience, of expression within yourself, and you decide within yourself, you direct yourself, you move yourself to further investigate it because of the self-expression experience within yourself. This is curiosity as self-expansion. You are expanding yourself. Self-expansion because you are within it giving you the opportunity to self-use you and self-direct you to investigate and discover that which you have found to be interesting. This is you self-directing you, you self-using you. This is not you following something and where something else is leading you towards a point, no.

Alright. So there is the difference between curiosity as a design and a construct, and curiosity as self-expansion (when you self-direct and self-move you in a moment) .
Thank you very much.
This is Osho.

Osho: Trust is Not Transferable

Osho: Trust is Not Transferable
1 September 2007

This is Osho, and I'm speaking about trust not being transferable.
What does that mean? For instance, let's take the example of 'you sitting in front of your computer in the office and a man is walking in', okay? Now, during your application through “time,” you'll become more effective within the in-breath, the infinite moment, checking if your emotions, thoughts and feelings are clear, breathing out, and then speaking as clarity; and you'll become more effective and directive within that, and you'll be...and you'll start building trust.

But, what is an interesting thing is that sometimes an “unexpected” visitor might enter your office, someone unusual that you haven't seen before, and all of a sudden you'd start experiencing some emotions and feelings and reactive thoughts that you didn't conceive could actually exist within you...

So, what happens in such a scenario? Allow me to explain: Let's say you've now practiced the breathing in, infinite moment check (making sure that there are no emotions and feelings, and no thoughts in the moment), and breathing out, and you're starting to speak with clarity, but with beings who you see daily coming into your office, or who is considerably daily in your life, okay? And you've become effective with the application, because all your thoughts and emotions and feelings you had of reactive behaviors to the beings you've always seen in your world are starting to become clear. And you've built a form of trust within yourself of that application within you...in terms of who you are...in your world, with the human beings within your world, and how you experience yourself.

But, then, something interesting occurs: Another completely different human being that you've never met before starts walking into your office. All of a sudden, you're experiencing emotions, feelings, thoughts, reactive behaviors.
And then, you kind of...start judging yourself, and you...and you doubt yourself, because you thought: “Oh, my god, I had this trust inside me of my application in this infinite moment, making sure my thoughts are clear, making sure my emotions and feelings are clear, and here I'm immediately going into reactive behavior. Why?”

This must be understood: You're not able to define your trust in moments - in that infinite moment you have, when beings come into your world. Be careful of that! Because what have you done? You've based your trust - this being now, this “surprise” being, walks in and you're surrounded with emotions and feelings inside you, and your thoughts are going into reactive behaviors. Why? Because you've based your trust on past moments, not on trust as you in your application in every moment!

So what does it mean? You're not able to define your trust in past moments that you have “applied yourself” effectively.

See a moment, this infinite moment application, as a complete, new effective application in every moment. So in every new moment, the in-breath, the moment - the infinite moment between the in-breath and the out-breath is brand new, and each moment is brand new.
In other words, the moment a previous moment goes, you have to let that moment go completely. Because you're now within a completely new moment, you have to be prepared for the unexpected, and thus, I'm saying, do not define your trust in past moments of specific effectiveness.

do not define your trust in past moments of specific effectiveness

Your trust is where? In every new moment, in every breath you take, in between the in-breath and the out-breath, the infinite moment, making sure your thoughts and your emotions and feelings are clear. Then you move on to the next moment. Your trust is in your application, in every new moment, in every infinite moment between the in-breath and the out-breath.
Thank you very much.

Osho: Isolation

Osho: Isolation

This is Osho. Isolation.
Isolation is the manifested experience within self and within your world due to and because of the belief that it is "too late". If you observe the word isolate, I-so-late, I’m so late.

The manifestation of isolation - meaning, the act of you isolating yourself and the experience of isolation - is due to and because of the belief existent within yourself that it's too late and that you've actually given up on yourself within yourself and within your world; and because of the belief of being too late, you believe that you are hopeless and helpless; and because of the hopelessness and helplessness, you give up on yourself and then isolate yourself within you and your world to retreat - meaning, to retreat within you and your world - to slowly but surely remove yourself from participation within you and your world because you have accepted and allowed yourself to define yourself upon something or someone outside of you.

Let's take an example to explain. Let's say you had a certain a task - a certain task to fulfill - and within yourself, you had a certain, particular expectation to fulfill that particular task; and because you couldn't live up to your own expectation of you with regards to fulfilling this particular, specific task, which you projected into the future, you gave up on yourself within yourself. And because you gave up on yourself and judged yourself and accepted and allowed yourself to be disappointed in you, you went into an experience of hopelessness and helplessness - meaning, the belief that it's too late, “I’ve fucked up, I cannot and will not move me/will me to fulfill the task at hand” - and then what occurs is you literally retreating inside yourself to isolating yourself actually because of fear, fear of failing again, fear of not living up to your expectations.

the first point of separation in self-dishonesty, is having an expectation within yourself

But, have a look at the interesting cycle, because the first point of separation in self-dishonesty, is having an expectation within yourself. Second point of separation in self-dishonesty is projecting something towards outside of you into the future. The third point of separation in self-dishonesty is the belief that failure exists. Failure only exists because you have a perceived expectation of yourself, because of a projection manifested within the future; and then, inevitably, disappointment will manifest within and as yourself because you didn't live up to your expectations and failed according to a belief within yourself; and then, the being disappointed within yourself because you didn't fulfill what you projected into the future of what is there to be fulfilled. And then what happens is a fear is manifested within self because you do not want to experience failure or disappointment within yourself again so, what you do is you throw your hands up in the air and just give up completely and entirely - and then the giving up you succumb to the fear within yourself and then isolate yourself within you and your world.

Second point of separation in self-dishonesty is projecting something towards outside of you into the future.

The third point of separation in self-dishonesty is the belief that failure exists.

Therefore Isolation is because of fear, fear of being existent within and as you because you believe it's too late now, I-so-late, I'm so late, It's too late, I've fucked up, it's done, I cannot do anything anymore so let me retreat within myself into isolation because I believe now it is too late, I can't do anything’.

So the manifestation within self of a “being too late” it's actually justification because the truth of the situation is that you're fearing moving yourself and willing yourself to assist and support you in expressing you in a task at hand because of fear of failure and fear of disappointment. And within this, Isolation is actually you giving up on yourself before you've even tried, before you've even actually stood up and moved yourself and directed yourself within expressing you within a particular specific experience.

So, isolation: Isolating self within self in your world is actually justification and an excuse, because you fear standing up within yourself and moving you and willing you and forcing you to express you as who you really are, because participating in isolation--“I'm so late, I'm so late, it's too late” - that entire construct is a justification and excuse, because it's never too late. You are able to, in any give moment of breath, stand up and direct and move you.

So, stop all expectations within yourself, stop all projections into the future, because these projections into the future of a specific something or someone - even of yourself that manifest expectation - if you don't live up to that manifesting failure, manifesting disappointment, manifesting fear of having to experience a disappointment and the failure of something or someone that you projected into the future even yourself and then manifesting you isolating within yourself within your world.
And realize that isolation is unacceptable. If you isolate you within yourself and your world, realize that you're justifying and excusing a fear experience within and as yourself, justifying and excusing why you're not standing up and expressing you here in every moment of breath no matter what.
No expectations. Just self, here.

Thank you very much.

Osho: I Was a Master in Heaven

heavens changed

Osho: I Was a Master in Heaven
21 August 2007

This is Osho, and I am communicating today about what is here in the moment.
Well, let’s see… After I had passed over, which was quite awhile ago, I found myself in a very interesting position, because I did--for a while--teach beings in the dimensional existence about enlightenment, attainment, ascension, more observations that I acquired in my dimensional experience after I passed over; and I’ve been through many realizations, many insights, many observations, many discoveries, when I realized that the enlightenment/ascension/attainment process was a diversion, because that process diverts attention, diverts focus separate from self. It was a tough realization, because I have defined myself according to such manifestations of ascension, attainment, enlightenment - and then, you realize that’s not the way it is, in truth, in essence.

The actual realization is that who I am is already here, already exists. All that must occur is that each human being must realize that. It is a realization. It is a transcendence. It is not an enlightenment/attainment/ascension process, because that would merely make a statement that I am not already who I am, that I have to first become worthy of myself, I have to first become acceptable unto myself; and the basic principle that attainment, ascension and enlightenment was founded upon was separation.

What I realized is that the first key - and I must say, after a very long while, though I have applied it extensively before, but once you become a certain expression or experience, you take it for granted to a certain extent - is honesty, is honesty with yourself. Now, imagine, I had to realize - what is realization but honesty with self? - I had to realize that attainment, ascension and enlightenment was supporting separation, was not supporting the expression of myself as oneness and equality; and I did that in a moment, I realized that.

I had to realize that attainment, ascension and enlightenment was supporting separation, was not supporting the expression of myself as oneness and equality

The enjoyment of self-honesty is immense, because you become proud of your own expression in existence, you’re not ashamed, you don’t have to hide, you’re able to face anyone, head-on, in-the-eye, you stand open and vulnerable, no secrets, no self-deception, self-honesty. During this process - this is what I’m here to say - the key, human beings, is honesty with self, is self-honesty, is self-revelation.

Through words spoken by myself, by many dimensional beings through this interdimensional portal, we speak directly, we say it how it is. Why? Some may react, some may become resentful, angry; but, inevitably, human beings/humanity/mankind, the truth of yourself is inevitable. Who you are in and as existence is not able to be hidden, is not able to be enslaved, is not able to be lost, is not able to be hurt, has no inner conflict, is here as yourself; and that expression of yourself, I’m not able to ‘give’ you, no-one is able to ‘give’ you, because if it’s given to you – again - it’s a transference of knowledge and information, and I’m certain we’ve had enough of only transference of knowledge and information instead of all standing within and as oneness and equality and expressing themselves unconditionally and individually.

So, this is a process of self-realization through self-honesty. To make it simpler for yourself, mankind, I would suggest you be honest with yourself - save yourself and be honest with yourself - because all that exists in this world at the moment is self-deception, through transference of knowledge and information, through the transference of knowledge and information between human beings instead of it being self-honesty, an expression of self as oneness and equality for all of existence. So, that’s where we’re at, and that’s where we’re directing you and pushing you, to self-honesty.
Thank you.

This is Osho.
